Hodge Raises The Bar!

Well she is raising her bar!

We’re loving it! Megan is going to make Coach Hugh McCutcheon proud!

The outside hitter scored 33 points for Villa Cortese in an epic 5 set match against Yamamay Busto Arsizio. The PSU alum, making her professional debut in the Italian League, has been her team’s most effective scorer while her teammate Aguero recovers from an injury.

Here’s the proof:

All we can say is that we’re very happy that Megan is making a name for herself in the Italian League as well as in the Champions League. She continues to improve and she’s becoming more reliable on the court and that’s a great thing!

We didn’t get to see a lot of her at all last year when Team USA competed in the Grand Prix and even during the World Championship. Megan Hodge is a great player and despite the not so promising performances in 2010, we know she will bounce back this year. Hopefully she can convince Coach Hugh to put her as one of the starting 6 this season.

Anyways, we wish Megan the best and more success! Keep milking it girlfriend! Show them what you got!
