From Turkey to China…
Polish superstar Kasia Skowronska will play for Club Evergrande in China next season. The opposite hitter has signed a one year contract reportedly worth $500,000.

We don’t think she’s worth that much money! LoL! We kid! We kid!
Kasia played for Fenerbahce Acibadem this past season together with Sokolova, Fofao, Furst and Natasa Osmokrovic. Kasia and the Yellow Angels won the bronze medal at the Champions League, the Turkish League Crown and gold medal + MVP Award at the 2010 Club World Championship.
In case you didn’t know, Kasia has declined to play for Poland because she is not a big fan of Coach Matlak.
We like what Kasia is doing. Just like Logan Tom, she is marketing herself to other parts of the world where volleyball is popular. Also, Kasia will be coached by the legendary Jenny Lang Ping. No doubt Jenny can improve Kasia’s overall game, ie defense.
Rumor has it that Carolina Costagrande will join her next season.
We’re so happy for you Kasia!
But we’d be much happier if you set aside your ill feeling towards Coach Matlak and play for your country.
