Last night, Celeste Plak and The Netherlands were just 1 point away from making it to the Semifinal Round but China’s Zhu Ting messed up their chances with a superb performance.

We’d also like to add that Zhu Ting scored 33 points and proved to the Dutch team she is their nightmare in crucial matches just like their semifinal match at the 2016 Olympics.
At the post match conference, NED’s coach Morrison had nothing but words of praise for ZHUper Zhu Ting.
“China are a very tough team to face to advance to the semifinal especially they have someone like Zhu Ting who is an amazing player.”
Brazil moves on to the Final 4 while Holland goes home just like Team USA. The Oranges will take a few days off and prepare for two important matches on their calendar: The 2018 FIVB World Championship Qualification Tourney end of this month and the European Champs in September.
