Matey! Matey! Matey!
For the 5th time in his career, the great and legenday Matey Kaziyski has been named as Bulgaria’s Best Volleyball Player of 2012. He has won the award in 2007, 2009, 2010 and 2011.
Despite missing the 2012 Olympics due to some internal conflict with the Bulgarian Volleyball Federation, Matey played an instrumental role during the Olympic Qualification Tournament
Tsvetan Sokolov finished second with 4,333 votes compared to Matey’s 4,787.
