Bartman, Holmes & Lasko!

First look at the new players of Polish club team Jastrzebski Wegiel

How come Zbi’s jersey is not tight enough? He prefers tight jerseys. Hahaha! We’re just kidding Mr. Zbigniew Bartman.

You know we were so bummed when you got injured last week and missed a couple of matches in the Final Round of the World League. Your presence was greatly missed on the court.

After playing for Marmi Lanza Verona last season in the Italian League, the left handed opposite hitter who is of Polish descent will play in the Polish League for the very first time. We think Michal Lasko just keeps getting better and better.

His presence gives his new club team more variations with their offense. Michal is a very reliable attacker and is expected to be one of the league’s top scorers.

Last but not the least is American middle blocker Russell Holmes.

After playing in Brazil last season, Russellito will debut in the Polish League this season. Despite limited playtime at the 2011 World League, Holmes is one of the rising middle blockers in the world. Seriously, a bright future awaits for this player and he’s one player to watch out for.

We love the jerseys BBs and if you guys have an extra to send over please don’t hesitate to ask for our shipping address. We’d send it before you ask for it. We might seem like we’re joking but we’re not.

Above all, we wish you guys and your team a great season!

Side Dish: Polish outside hitter Michal Kubiak is reportedly on the team too.
