Oh really?
After Glinka’s confirmation that she will rejoin the Polish Team to help them qualify for the 2014 World Championship, another Polish star is interested to join the party.
She’s none other than Anna Baranska Werblinska.
The 29 year old outside hitter tells siatka.org:
“If coach Makowski calls me, of course I will answer and play for Poland.”
In case you didn’t know, she has not played for Poland due to injuries. However, Anna is in better shape this season and her presence on the National Team will for sure lift the Polish team to qualify for the World Champs which will be in Italia.
If she gets the call from the Coach, then it’d be great to see the Werblinska-Glinka-Skowronska trio. The Power of 3!
As long as Anna and Kasia won’t fight again, then expect a STRONGER Poland next year.
