Could this serious injury abruptly end her career?
We hope not.
Chinese middle blocker and 2016 Olympic Champion, Xu Yunli, suffered a serious knee injury yesterday at the classification match of the 2017 National Games in China. The 30 year old was screaming and crying in pain while getting assistance from the medical team.
According to unofficial reports, she may have an ACL tear and will need surgery.
