We thought she would stay! Tai had a very successful season with Villa Cortese this past season in the Italian League like winning the Coppa Italia.
After 2 successful seasons with Cortese, one of the world’s most complete players will play for Lui Jo Modena next season.
The initital report was that Modena would hire Piccinini but it appears Picci will stay with Bergamo for 12th consecutive season. Imagine if Picci and Tai would be on the same team? Since they can’t share 1 spotlight, their coach would ask for 2. Hahaha! Just Kidding!
In case you’re wondering if Tai will rejoin the Italian Team, sadly she’s not on Coach Barbolini’s roster. However, Italy will welcome another naturalized player on the team and she is none other than Carolina Costagrande from Argentina. We bet Picci is excited!
Anyways, we can’t wait to see Aguero in action later this year!
