Mr. All Americans

What a star studded list!

The American Volleyball Coaches Association has released the 2011 All American Teams and leading the list is #1 seeded USC, # BYU and Penn State University with 3 athletes while 2 from Stanford, UCSB and UC Irvine.

Here are the Awardees…

Freshman outside hitter, Taylor Sander, was named as the Newcomer of the Year. We expected Tay to win this award. He had an amazing year with BYU! He deserves it! Tay is a very talented player and no doubt he will lead BYU in the next 3 seasons.

First-Team All-American:

Opposite: Jonas Umlauft (Hawaii): We have a feeling that we’re going to see more of Jonas in the future playing for Germany.
