Sad. Sad. Sad…but we totally understand the REASON.
Due to the political crisis in Egypt, the men’s team has pulled out from the 2011 World League and has been been replaced by Portugal.
Egypt Portugal has joined Pool A with Argentina, Serbia & Finland.
The 2011 World League will run from May 27th-July 10th (Intercontinental Round) and the Final Round (with8 teams instead of 6) will take place Gdansk-Sopot, Poland from July 6th-10th.

We respect the decision of the Federation to withdraw from the tournament. The last few months have been very tough for the Egyptians and we wish them peace and hopefully the problems will be resolved.
