The Italian club teams really know how to groom and glamorize their players off the court. They have several publications just for volleyball which highlights their own and foreign athletes. Club teams even release annual calendars featuring their own players.

After a successful college career playing for UC Berkeley where she was named as AVCA National Player of the Year in 2010 during her senior year, Carli was immediately hired by Italian club team, Yamamay Busto Arsizio. At the moment, Yamamay is the #1 team in the Italian League and is the top favorite to clinch the crown.
With Carli as one of the team’s promising stars, Pallavoliamo.it didn’t waste any time introducing her to volleyball fans by doing a photo shoot with her.
