Comeback Queen Of 2014 Destinee Hooker

She may not have played for Team USA since the 2012 Olympics but Destinee Hooker is unleashing cannonballs in Korea where she is currently playing.

SILVER LINING IN LONDON

At the 2012 Olympics, Hooker led Team USA to win the silver medal and was awarded as the tournament’s Best Spiker with a .379 hitting efficiency.

MOTHERHOOD

She took a break in 2013 and focused on her personal life. She got married and then gave birth to a baby girl in December and named her Keitany.

MISSING IN ACTION 2014

After giving birth, Destinee started to get back in shape to resume her volleyball career. Her fans could hardly believe the news when she was excluded from Team USA under a new coach, Karch Kiraly.

Hooker did not compete at the 2014 FIVB Grand Prix and the 2014 FIVB World Championship which Team USA won for the very first time.

According to a report, Hooker and Coach Kiraly have unresolved issues.

HOOKER IS BACK!

Despite the drama and the never ending headlines on her absence from the National Team, Hooker continued to resurrect her professional volleyball career. She then inked a deal with Team IBK in the Korea League for the 2014-2015 season and has been one of the league’s top scorers and best spikers.

These videos will do the talking.

She is still a force to be reckoned with!
