Germany Helps Japan

Thank you Germany for this!

From the FIVB:

“The German and Japan men’s teams will each raffle off two of their shirts following their 2011 FIVB Volleyball World League clash this weekend in an effort to raise money for the earthquake and nuclear disaster that hit the Asian country a few weeks ago.

Japan will be playing all their matches away from home in light of the catastrophe and fans attending the matches can purchase tickets for 1 euro prior to each game. The draw will then be held straight after each match.

The funds will then be given to the Japanese Volleyball Federation, who will use it to support projects in the region. Japan and Germany clash on Saturday and Sunday at 17:00 GMT.”

Vielen Dank Deutschland!

The entire world deeply appreciates your love and support for the people of Japan.
