Play Volleyball says Dept. of Health

With this report, we hope volleyball becomes more popular in the UK.

According to the Department of Health in the UK, people ages 19-24 need to perform exercises  like  “heavy gardening, group sports such as volleyball and basketball, or swimming” for muscle strengthening. Check out the guidelines below:
