CBV Releases 2014/2015 Player Ratings

We are NOT SURE if this will make the next edition of the Superliga better or will make the league WEAKER and interesting.

After meeting with officials from the teams currently competing in the Women’s Superliga, the CBV (Brazilian Federation) MIGHT limit each team with only 2 players who are technically rated as a “7 point player” starting next season (2014/2015).

One major highlight of this new rule is that each team can now have a total of 43 points compare to 32 from the previous seasons with each team allowed to have three “7 point” players.

Teams better start hiring players who are rated as a “6 point player”!

For example…

Osasco this season has 3 players who are rated with 7 points and they are Jaqueline, Sheilla and Thaisa. With the NEW rule, Osasco is left with no choice but to release one of them next season.

Rumor has it that Jaqueline is getting the boot and she is NOT HAPPY at all.

She took her frustrations on Instagram.

The final decision will be announced soon.

Any Thoughts?
