After a forgettable one season in Brazil with Unilever, Logan Tom returns to Europe and will play for Azeryol Baku.

The source also adds that Logan will enjoy Azerbaijan more than her stay in Brazil wherein the media called her “unfriendly” unlike other Americans who have played in the Brazilian League. “Volleyball doesn’t really get a lot of media attention in Azerbaijan. I can guarantee that no one will take stolen shots of Logan while exploring the city. Volleyball doesn’t get a lot of media attention here compare to Brazil. Azeris treat their athletes like working people and always give them the privacy they need. A lot of USA players have played here and they’ve all enjoyed their seasons in Azerbaijan.” adds the source.

The source also adds that Logan’s 1-season contract is in the $700,000-$800,000 range.

Azeryol has NOT confirmed Logan’s transfer.
