We reported almost 2 weeks ago that American Outside Hitter and 2008 Olympic Gold Medalist, Riley Salmon, signed on to play for Drean Bolivar, Argentina’s top ranked club team. The Brazilian Federation (CBV) has established a new charity program in the Superliga called “The Round of Solidarity” which orders, invites and encourages all club teams to raise donations for a social cause, ie natural disasters. The first major project of the program is to help and assist the flood victims in the city of Rio De Janeiro. This is a GREAT project! We support this!
