We knew it!
A few days ago, we first reported the rumor that Logan Tom, Jordan Larson, Foluke Akinradewo, Destinee Hooker and Lindsey Berg have returned to the US of A to rest and train while a new group of players will play in the Bangkok Leg of the ongoing World Grand Prix. The defending Grand Prix champions will face Thailand, Serbia and Argentina.
Anyways, lots of USA fans were wondering on who would be added to the roster.
Without further ado, here you go:
Opposite Hitters: Tayyiba Haneef-Park and Nancy Metcalf
Outside hitters: Cynthia Barboza, Megan Hodge and Kristin Richards
Middle Blockers: Heather Bown, Danielle Scott-Arruda and Christa Harmotto
Setters: Alisha Glass and Courtney Thompson
Liberos: Nicole Davis & Tamari Miyashiro
Take note, Team USA is currently undefeated with 6 wins and is in a great spot to qualify for the Finals with the other top 5 teams.

What about middles? I wanna see Gibbemeyer and J. Jones!
What about Lloyd? Who is Courtney? I’ve never heard about Her… Is she good setter? I would like to see someone younger on the attack, for example Klinemac although she is an OH.
Shailene, Courtney Thompson played for UW and won a national championship in 2005. She has been on the roster for a while now, and was one of the primary setters in the 2009 season right after the olympics.
What about Kim Glass.?
