Olympic Medalist Taylor Sander Replaces Yoandy Leal

Now that the season is officially over for Taylor Sander with his Italian club team Lube Civitanova, Brazilian club team Sada Cruzeiro has officially revealed that he is joining them next season. The 2016 Olympic bronze medalist will be replacing Cuban spiker Yoandy Leal who is reportedly going to play in the Italian League.

Taylor had a successful season with Lube Civitanova. They won silver at the prestigious CEV Champions League and the Italian League Championship. He made his professional debut in 2014 with Italian club team Verona. Sander played there for 2 seasons and then played in China during the 2016-2017 season with Beijing Volleyball.

The 26 year old outside hitter is heading back to the USA to join the national team for the upcoming Volleyball Nations League.
