The world’s most decorated club team will start training for the upcoming 2011/2012 season on August 8th, 2011.
The upcoming session will only include setter Raphael Vieira de Oliveira, outside hitters Filippo Lanza & Osmany Juantorena, middles Matthew Burgsthaler & Mitar Djuric and libero Massimo Colaci.
In case you’re wondering where the other players are, well they are still training with their respective National Teams. Bulgaria’s Kaziyskiy, Sokolov and Coach Stoytchev, Italy’s Andrea Bari, Emanuele Birarelli & Dore Della Lunga, Poland’s Lukasz Zygadlo and Czech Republic’s Jan Stokr are preparing for the upcoming 2011 European Championship.
They are expected to rejoin the team sometime in September.
Trentino’s calendar includes the 2011 Club World Championship in Doha, Qatar from October 8th-14th, CEV Champions League, Italian Super Cup on November 1st and the Italian League.
