The upcoming FIVB Grand Prix Finals in China next week is loaded with a lot of volleyball stars from China, Serbia, Brazil, USA, Holland and Italy. One of the players that has and will really steal your attention is Italian player Paola Egonu. At only 18 years old, she has made herself an effective scoring machine in women’s volleyball.
In case you didn’t know, Paola and Italy are in Pool B of the GP Finals with Serbia and the United Stats. The other pool has hosts China, Brazil and The Netherlands. The Final Round starts on August 2nd with the top 2 teams from each pool advancing to the Final 4.
Do you think Italy will make it to the Semifinal Round? We believe so ONLY if Paola aka The Wonder Girl Of Women’s Volleyball brings her A-game. We know she will!
