Germany’s top players like Gyorgy Grozer, Simon Tischer and Sebastian Schwarz will take some months off but will rejoin the team later in the summer.
Coach Vital Heynen has announced his preliminary roster for the 2013 season which includes 2 major major tournaments, 2013 World League and 2013 European Championship. Excluded from the list are Christian Dünnes & Max Günthör. We wonder what happened to those 2.
Anyways, a training camp will start in May.

Rumor has it that Cuban-turned-German Salvador Hidalgo will practice with the team while he waits for the FIVB’s approval to play for Germany.
