As always, we <3 sharing baby news! 2011 European Championship silver medalist, Angelina Grun, and husband Stefan Hubner officially announced yesterday that they are going to be first time parents early next year.
“Stefan and I are very happy with this news.”
In case you didn’t know, Angelina is one of the most famous Germany players in the world of international volleyball. She represented Germany in almost 300 matches. She also competed at the 2004 Olympics & several editions of the World Grand Prix. She has played in various pro leagues like in Italy and Azerbaijan.
As for the retired Stefan, he was one of Germany’s best middle blockers who competed at the 2008 Beijing Olympics. Professionally, his career lasted for almost 20 years and played in Germany and Italy. He is currently a member of Germany’s (men’s volleyball) coaching staff.
