Evan Patak Replaced?

We hope not!

We received a report that Evan’s Korean club team, Korean Air Jumbos, has replaced him with Slovakian player, Martin Nemec. According to our source, Jumbo’s coach Young Chul was a little worried that Evan won’t be able to fully commit to the team due to Team USA’s participation at the upcoming 2011 FIVB World Cup.

We first thought Nemec was a temporary replacement while Evan trains with the US Team. If this report is indeed true, then that sucks. We’re just thinking that it might be difficult for Evan to find a club team after the World Cup but who knows.

We’re still optimistic he’d play in Korea where thousands of female fans want him or find a club team somewhere.
