Shocking!
To be honest with you, we were also very surprised when we received the report that Stanford University #8 University of Hawaii won an epic 5 set match against #1 USC in front of almost 4,000 UH Fans. UH worked and played hard to defeat the mighty Trojans.
We’re proud of the UH Warriors! It was a complete team effort led by Jonas Umlauft with 26 kills, BB Steve Hunt, Joshua Walker and setter Nejc Zemljak.
This victory gives the guys a lot of confidence knowing the NCAA Playoffs is just around the corner.

In case you didn’t know, USC has only lost 2 matches this season, a 2-3 defeat versus Pepperdine (2/11/11) and Hawaii just last Friday.
Troy Murphy and his USC teammates have clinched the MPSF title this season and they are expected to win the NCAA crown.
