If Uganda can’t raise enough money then their men’s team will miss the All Africa Games which is a few days away.
The team has confirmed their participation and they only have enough money to cover their preparations but still not enough to cover their expenses for the tournament.
From THIS ARTICLE we found, the federation must also pay $1000 (Shs2.3m) as participation fees added to the Shs20m the team needs to make.
