NCAA Suspends 4 Cougars!

Oh No! Oh No! This is NOT happening! Oh No! Oh No! This is NOT happening!

NCAA has suspended 4 players from BYU’s men’s volleyball team due to receiving improper benefits. The 4 players are Rusty Lavaja, Joe Kauliakamoa, Ryan Boyce and BJ Hiapo.

Take note, BYU was on a 3 year probation by the NCAA for violations since 2008 through March 10, 2011. They’re losing half a scholarship for two years.

That’s sad!

Punish the Guilty!

We know this is wrong to say…They can suspend the other 3 but to suspend LAVAJA breaks our hearts! He’s our other favorite BYU player next to the now-happily-married KEVIN SAGERS. We were very excited to see Lavaja and his team when they play against Stanford in 2 weeks.

Ugh!

Anyways, we hope the issues will be resolved soon.

Enjoy the break BB Cougars!
