Our source says that Stanford’s Alix Klineman will be playing in the Italian League for the 2011/2012 season.
If this report is indeed true, then we are very happy for Alix. The Italian League is one of the most prestigious leagues in the world and it’s not easy to get a spot on any Italian club team. You really have to be a great player to convince a team to sign you up.
Alix has displayed greatness when she played in college. Despite not winning any NCAA Title, she was one of the best all around players in the nation.
Now that she has completed her 4 years, we are very excited to see her playing a professional team and maybe a spot on the USA National Team. Wherever she will be, we wish her the best and success.
