She may have retired playing for the Cuban Italian National Team but girlfriend is still playing professionally for VILLA CORTESE in the prestigious Italian League. This weekend Aguero and friends lost to Yamamay Busto Arsizio in 4 sets. Surprisingly she only scored 8 points. Hmmmmm not the Aguero we know!
Anyways, Tai shouldn’t worry much because once the World Champs is over a few volleyball elite players will be joining her and they are:
- Puerto Rico’s AURY CRUZ (Well she just arrived in Italy last week since her team failed to make it to the Second Round.)
- USA’s Lindsey Berg and Megan Hodge (They will join the team after the World Champs.)
- Italy’s Paola Cardullo (The world’s best libero!)
Cortese looks like a star studded team! We wish the team the best in the Serie A1!
