It appears that Coach Guimaraes will use CAMILA BRAITT as Brazil’s liber for the 2011 season. Fabi is getting replaced? Well maybe. Actually coach plans to create 2 teams for Brazil next year to prepare for the upcoming major major tourneys, like the 2011 World Cup and 2012 London Olympics. Good idea coach!
We’re not sure yet on how Coach will do this but we’re thinking the GREAT players will be part of Team A while the upcoming stars aka not-that-good-yet will be on the other team. Interesting huh?
Back to FABI…she didn’t perform well in Japan for the World Championship (just our opinion). Girlfriend couldn’t pass a free ball! She played so much better in 2008, so-so in 2009 and kind of forgettable during the 2010 season.
On a happy note, we can’t wait to see how Camila will do. For sure she’s talented enough to be on Team A. Also, she was traveling with the team this year and didn’t even get a chance to play. Camlila was more like a Brazilian spectator with an All Access Pass.
