Canadian Girl Power!

Well congratulations girlfriend!

Canadian Association for the Advancement of Women in Sport (CAAWS) has awarded Sylvie Bigras, the former executive director of Volleyball Canada,as one of the Most Influential Women in sport’s list.

Yehey! This is a great recognition!

Sylvie used to play volleyball back in college for University of Ottawa and become one of the major forces on the Canadian National Team. After enjoying her life on the court, girlfriend then started empowering Canada’s sports communication by becoming the Canadian Olympic Committee’s press chief at numerous Olympic and Pan Am Games including the 2010 Vancouver-Whistler Olympics.
