2011/2012 Champions League

Exciting!

24 teams from 16 countries will compete at the 2011/2012 edition of the CEV Volleyball Champions League – the most prestigious volleyball tournament in the world.

3 teams will make their Champions League and they are Euphony ASSE-LENNIK runner up from the Belgian League,  Russia’s National Cup winner Lokomotiv NOVOSIBIRSK, & Serbian champion Partizan Termoelektro BEOGRAD.

The CEV gave away 4 wild card spots to Generali UNTERHACHING from Germany, CSKA SOFIA from Bulgaria, Romania’s Remat ZALAU and last but not the least Budvanska Rivijera BUDVA from Montenegro.

The Drawing of Lots will be on July 1st, 2011 to be held in Vienna, Austria.
