Former Polish player Piotr Gruszka is officially part of the “Taniec z Gwiazdami”, Poland’s version of “Dancing With The Stars”. He will be partnered with Nina Tyrka. The show’s 14th season officially kicks off on March 7th, 2014.

Gruszka is the 2nd male player to be part of the show. Middle blocker Luigi Mastrangelo was part of the show’s Italian franchise last year.
In 2008, Misty May-Treanor competed in Dancing with the Stars (U.S. season 7) with partner, Maksim Chmerkovskiy. May-Treanor ruptured her Achilles tendon during a training session for the show, and was consequently forced to withdraw from the competition.
