The daughter of 2008 Olympic silver medalist Kim Willoughby died this morning after suffering a head injury after falling from the bathtub.
Police report states that Willoughby was searching for a towel when her 3 year old daughter slipped in the tub and hit her head. CPR was performed but was pronounced dead.
Kim is currently playing in the Puerto Rican League.
Our prayers to Kim and her family in this extremely difficult time.
