The 2012 Olympian was joined by other Canadian Olympian and athletes namely Jamie Broder, Kristina May (Valjas), Sam Schachter, Josh Binstock, Sam Pedlow, Melissa Humaña-Paredes, Shanice Marcelle and Aaron Nusbaum. They all raised $225,000!!!
That’s just AWESOME!
The Serving For Sinai tournament was an inaugural fundraiser for Mt.Sinai hospital located in downtown Toronto. Money raised will be used to support 10 labs which research Cancer and Alzheimer’s.
The event also had recreational and competitive divisions with over 250 total participants in one day.
Thank you everyone for doing this and for making a positive difference in the lives of many.
