Bethania played a huge role in all of Eczacibasi’s success last season when they won the Champions League and FIVB Club World Champs.
Eczacibasi’s Team Manager Nalan Ural says:
“We really wanted to continue cooperation with Bethania De La Cruz but unfortunately but there’s NO improvement in her shoulder injury so the deal was not possible.”
The Turkish club team has replaced the Dominican player with Cuban player and 2004 Olympic bronze medalist Rosir Calderon.
No doubt Bethania will find a new team sooner or later.
On the other hand, we wish her a speedy recovery.
