Alexey Spiridonov Disses Club Team

We wonder if something good will ever come out of his mouth.

Since rejoining the Russian Team this season, he’s been burning bridges with a few volleyball people like Coach Berruto, Coach Rezende and now a Russian club team.

A few days ago, Alexey and the Russian Team played a friendly match versus Dynamo Krasnodar. They played a 5 set match with Russia winning all sets. After the session, The Bad Boy of Volleywood stated that the he and his team did NOT benefit anything from the match.

Alexey says…

“As I understand it, Dynamo has only recently started training process. On the other hand my team and I have not had enough time to rest. I did NOT gain anything at all from this match. It brought us NOTHING knowing that we played a very weak team. Krasnodar benefited from this match and not us. I was under the impression that this match was not planned at all but it still happened.”

Be nice Alexey!

Calling them weak is a bit disrespectful.

Knowing that you and you team are considered the BEST in the world right now, it’s always a GOOD thing to have other teams learn from you.
