Sadly, Logan Tom’s season in Brazil takes another tumble.
Rumor has it that Unilever is not planning on renewing her contract.
According to our source, Logan did not meet the expectations by the technical committee and has not made a difference when she was in the court. To make matters worse, Logan ruptured her ankle ligaments in early February and might not even play in the Superliga Finals versus Sollys Osasco.
Unilever has declined to comment on Logan’s contract. There is also a small possibility that she will stay in Brazil in case she signed a 2 year contract. Her current contract expires in May.
Knowing that a lot of teams from other countries would love to have her, finding a new team for 2013/2014 shouldn’t be much of a problem for the 2 time Olympic silver medalist. She has pretty much played in all major volleyball countries like Japan, Italy, Brazil, Russia, Turkey and China just to name a few,
Maybe a season in Azerbaijan?
