Who Will Make It To The FINAL 6???

If you’re a fan of Serbia, Italy and China, the good news is that these teams have already qualified for the Final 6 of the Women’s World Championship regardless of the results tonight.

If you’re a fan of The Netherlands, Japan, Brazil, Russia and defending World Champions USA, you’d have to wait after tonight’s matches to know if they will join the 3 aforementioned teams.

POOL E SCENARIO: To make the long story short, Netherlands and Japan must win at least a set in their matches tonight. The Dutch will face Boskovic and Serbia while the hosts Japan will be up against the Brazilians. If they end up winning a set, then Brazil is out of the Final 6.

POOL E PREDICTION:

Serbia
Japan
Brazil

I think Serbia will play in full force to defeat The Netherlands and remain in 1st place. With this result, they will avoid being in the same pool in the Final 6 with the very strong Italian team.

As for Brazil, there’s no one else to blame but themselves. Losing to Germany in 5 sets really put them in a very difficult spot. On a positive note, Tandara and Brazil are known for their fighting spirits and will for sure put their hearts out against Sarina Koga and Japan.

Italy🇮🇹 is the last team standing without any game losses at the #FIVBWomensWCH. Serbia🇷🇸, Netherlands🇳🇱 and USA🇺🇸, who were the other three teams with winning streaks, broke their own great records losing to Japan🇯🇵, Brazil🇧🇷 and China🇨🇳 respectively. Last day of the Second Round will serve the fans big games as the results will determine the top six teams of the competition with Brazil🇧🇷 and Russia🇷🇺 still keeping the chances to climb up Pool E and Pool F ladders. Here the results of both pools: Pool E (Nagoya) 🇲🇽Mexico 0-3 Dominican Republic🇩🇴 (13-25, 18-25, 15-25) 🇳🇱Netherlands 2-3 Brazil🇧🇷 (25-21, 18-25, 27-25, 19-25, 7-15) 🇩🇪Germany 3-1 Puerto Rico🇵🇷 (25-23, 25-27, 29-27, 25-22) 🇯🇵Japan 3-1 Serbia🇷🇸 (15-25, 25-23, 25-23, 25-23) Pool F (Osaka) 🇹🇷Turkey 3-1 Azerbaijan🇦🇿 (26-24, 25-17, 22-25, 25-21) 🇧🇬Bulgaria 3-2 Thailand🇹🇭 (25-18, 22-25, 18-25, 25-22, 19-17) 🇮🇹Italy 3-1 Russia🇷🇺 (22-25, 25-20, 25-18, 25-22) 🇨🇳China 3-0 USA🇺🇸 (25-17, 26-24, 25-18) Go to the official FIVB site to find out more about your teams, post-match reactions, final stats and much more 👉 http://bit.ly/2C37ey4 #volleyball #volleyballWCHs #mexico #dominicanrepublic #netherlands #brazil #germany #puertorico #japan #serbia #turkey #azerbaijan #bulgaria #thailand #russia #china #usa #italy @voleibolmexico @voleifemrd @volleybaldames @cbvolei @team_germany_volleyball @fedpurvoli @jva_volleyball @ossrb @thailandvolleyballassociation @tvforgtr @volleyaze @russiavolleyteam @usavolleyball @usavwnt @federazioneitalianapallavolo

POOL F SCENARIO: I call this pool the Pool Of Death mainly because of the teams that are in it. Italy will remain first in this pool regardless how they’ll do tonight against Jordan Larson & USA. Speaking of USA, they need to the beat the Italians to make it to the Final 6. If USA wins then the match later in the day between China and Russia will not mean anything at all. China has qualified already so we have a feeling they will rest their starters against Russia who is feeling the absence of star player Nataliya Goncharova.

POOL E PREDICTION:

Italy
China
USA

The USA vs Italy match is a must see!

A spectacular performance by China 🇨🇳 during the Pool F match against USA 🇺🇸 @usavolleyball in Osaka 🇯🇵. They came out victorious after straight sets 3-0 (25-17, 26-24, 25-18) against the former undefeated Americans! They are now 2 points higher than USA 🇺🇸 and 3 points higher than Russia 🇷🇺 @russiavolleyteam in the pool rankings! This leaves both teams to be under big pressure on the outcome of the results of tomorrow's matches! Who makes it into the Third Round?! . #2 Zhu Ting (@zhuting1129) is the top scorer of the match with 19 points, followed by #6 Xiangyu Gong with 14 points. After this round, there will be 2 pools. Each pool will have the 1st ranked team (Pool E and F) while the 2nd and 3rd ranked teams will be drawn.
