Milos Terzic Quits

Sad.

Most of you might not know him but he is most remembered as the player who victimized Italy during the crucial set 4 at last year’s European Championship.

Remember this? Forward to 14:00.

Milos Terzic’s statement:

“I have no regrets for leaving the national team, since it was my call. I had some personal problems and during that time i couldn’t find the understanding and respect from some of the players. I decided to leave the team for everybody’s benefits. I couldn’t cope with the lack of respect. I didn’t deserve that, and I am not ready to stand that kind of treatment.”

No wonder he didn’t make it to the 2012 Olympic Team.

We hope his issues with the team was resolved before making a statement. Sometimes it’s best to leave the drama within the team rather than letting the media know about it.

On the other hand, we respect his bitter words and decision.

Good luck Milos!
