Trans Player Tiffany Abreu Dethrones Tandara’s Record

CONGRATS TIFFY!!!

One of the most talked about volleyball players in the world, Tiffany Abreu, is not only making history for being the first trans player to play in the Brazilian Superliga. She is NOW the new league record holder for the most points scored in one match.

Tiffany scored 39 POINTS yesterday when she and her team Bauru lost a nail biting 5 set match against the league’s #1 team, Praia.

The previous record was held by volleyball star TANDARA with 37 points.

In regards to Tiffany’s performance, we’ve received this info from Raphael Soares:

Tiffany killed 44% of the 75 attempts she did during trhe match. These 75 balls mean 51% of all attacks of her team in the match that’s why so scored many points. She is a good player, but the % shows she is like the other players in the league. Other opposites, like Renatinha (Fluminense) were better than her facing Praia (50/ 25 = 50% attack).
