Thaisa Plans To Stop Playing For Brazil If …

After a very disappointing Olympics in front of their home fans, middle blocker Thaisa Menezes finally talks about her future with the National Team.

In a statement released by uol.com.br, the 2 time Olympic champions plans to end her career if changes will not be made within the team. We’re not sure what she means by this but maybe she wants the team to have a new coach?

“I went through a lot this year. I do not want and I will not go through those situations again. If changes are made in the team, then I will stay. If not, I will not play.” -Thaisa.

Pergunte-se todos os dias: O que posso fazer hoje para dar um passo mais perto do meu PRINCIPAL objetivo ???? 💪🏼👊🏼😠🏐

In the said article, she also mentioned that she played so little in the Olympics. If you remember, Thaisa started the match against China in the Quarterfinals but was eventually subbed out by Juciely.

We have a feeling all is not well between Thaisa and Coach Guimaraes. As of press time, no one knows if coach ZRG is staying as a coach.

Sheilla and Fabiana have announced their retirement while the future is still unknown for Thaisa, Jaque, Fe Garay and Adenizia.

Stay tuned.
