The Cuban roster for the 2011 World Grand Prix has officially listed the great Cuban outside hitter, Yumilka Ruiz, together middle blocker veteran Zoila Barros. In case you didn’t know, both players left the Cuban team after finishing 4th at the 2008 Beijing Olympics.
Take note, Yumi now wears #7 and not #1.
We’re not sure yet if these 2 will play at the Grand Prix but it’d be great to see them again representing Cuba. we can’t wait to see what they can offer this year knowing that they missed the 2009 and 2010 editions.
