Coach Rezende has not released the starting 6 but it will most likely excludes Dante who played a very long season in Russia.

For now, Dante is busy preparing for the 2011 season and might join the team later. In case you didn’t know. the 2004 Olympic gold medalist has won 9 World League titles since joining the National Team.

Practice Time!

Coach Rezende and his talented group of players have already started their preparations for the 2011 season in the city of Saquarema. While other key players like Murilo is enjoying his break with his wifey Jaque, Giba, Bravo, Marlon and some of the guys are already in the gym.

In case you didn’t know,  the great Endres Gustavo received an invitation from Coach Rezende to rejoin the National Team after he retired in 2008. It’s great to see Gustavo back! He had a great 2010/2011 season and hopefully he’d make the final roster for the World League which starts in a couple of weeks.

Coach Rezende also invited a new opposite hitter on the team named Wallace. We heard he’s a great player and that he has what it takes to fight for a starting position over Leandro and Theo.

Joao Paulo Bravo had an amazing season in Turkey so we hopes to see more of him this year.
