Modena Suspends Earvin Ngapeth Indefinitely

UPDATE/S:

As of press time, Earvin has NOT been charged by authorities.

According to this article, the 3rd victim is in the ICU due to respiratory problems and NOT due to the incident.

November 10th, 2015

With all the BAD PRESS under your name, we are starting to doubt if his supporters will continue to rally behind him.

Take note, Ngapeth got involved in a fight a few months ago where you reportedly punched a train attendant.

We’re starting to get disappointed with this athlete.

THE INCIDENT

Earvin was involved in a “hit and run” a few nights ago. He hit 3 people, 2 suffered minor injuries and released from the hospital but one of them is in Intensive Care (ICU). The serious incident now explains why the 2015 World League MVP did not play this Sunday with his team.

EARVIN SAYS SORRY

“I am shocked and sorry for what I have caused to Riccardo Ferrarini, Enrico Lusetti and Davide Maccagnani. I decided to appear in front of Modena prosecutor and to take full responsibility. I just hope they will recover soon. I apologize to the people involved in the accident, to their families, to my club, my teammates, sponsors and fans. I am very sorry.”

“The club firstly wants to express support to all the people involved in the incident and to their families. The fact that Earvin N’gapeth has accepted responsibility for the incident is something we consider essential in Modena because our company is based on true values. WHAT’S NEXT?

No one really knows if he will be charge for this incident.

He is set to appear in court sometime in February of next year regarding the train incident.

With the European Olympic Qualification Tournament in 2 months, we wonder if Coach Tillie will still allow him to play for France with all this bad press caused by Ngapeth.

Stay tuned.
